For non-USA customers: Shipment prices are not inclusive of any duty taxes or import taxes that may be incurred upon arrival to your country. Your local shipment service may contact you upon your parcel's arrival if you are required to pay additional taxes. Please note that I am not liable for any packages not delivered or confiscated if such taxes are not paid promptly.

Q: Where are my items being shipped from?

USA

Q: What is your return/exchange/refund policy?

Unfortunately I cannot accept returns/exchanges/refunds, however if your order is faulty or has missing items, please let me know at yenstlla@gmail.com

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I am able to ship to most countries - that are covered by USPS, FedEX, and DH

I am unable to ship to Israel/Russia/Ukraine

Q: How long will my package take to arrive?

International shipping can take up to a 1-2 months, while domestic orders take about 3-5 days. Orders are typically shipped out within 1-2 weeks of order placement. (It's just me packing out orders!)
