Q: Where are my items being shipped from?

Q: What is your return/exchange/refund policy?

Unfortunately I cannot accept returns/exchanges/refunds, however if your order is faulty or has missing items, please let me know at yenstlla@gmail.com

Q: Do you ship internationally?

I am unable to ship internationally at this point in time.

Q: How long will my package take to arrive?

Packages should take about 3-5 business days. Orders are typically shipped out within 3-7 days from order date. (It's just me packing and shipping everything!)
